Q: I lost my mnemonic phrase. Can I recover my account?

Please always keep your mnemonic phrase secure. As DMCN is a decentralized computing network, we cannot help you trace your account. If the mnemonic phrase is lost, you may not be able to recover your account.

Q: Can I log into the same account on multiple devices simultaneously?

Currently, we do not support this feature. If you have multiple devices and wish to participate in the DMCN network, you can register multiple accounts. This will not affect your user experience, as accounts can always interact freely with each other.
